During this meeting, we will discuss and evaluate your main concerns, and begin designing a holistic program using food, exercise, and stress reduction strategies, as well as natural and herbal supplements, to address and support your health and overall wellness.  This is a great starting point to begin reducing inflammation, improving sleep, and managing stress; and sets the foundation to reduce anxiety, increase energy, and rebuild your health.  Option to include strength training, yoga and/or breathwork.

6-month Health Re-Building Program
Heal your gut, support your hormones, love your liver, re-balance your body, mind, and spirit.

Transform your health and well-being with this 6-month Health Re-Building Program. Through a holistic, natural approach, we'll work together to address your gut health, balance your hormones, and support your liver. You will run 4-5 functional lab tests to uncover hidden stressors and discover healing opportunities in your hormone, immune, digestion, detoxification, energy production, and nervous systems. Based on an evaluation of the labs and your symptoms, this comprehensive program will provide you with the tools and guidance you need to address digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, mood swings, insomnia, and low energy, to support liver function for proper detoxification, and to achieve optimal wellness.  Includes exercise program design, yoga or stretching, and breathwork.

  • seven 45-minute follow ups to check in, re-evalute, and refine program

She also offers workshops on food, lifestyle changes, and herbal remedies that might support greater health of the mind, body, and spirit, with the option to incorporate yoga, meditation, and breath work. This is great for team building and providing an opportunity for your employees to learn tools for healthier, more resilient living.

Limited to 20 participants.  Each session will included a guided discussion of specific topic, such as hormones, menopause, fasting, food choices, exercise, etc, with time for questions. The topic will be posted the week before and sent to those who have signed up to receive emails. Each session will end with some form of movement and/or mindfulness practice.
